We ship all orders with an experienced door-to-door courier to ensure your package is delivered safely and signed for on delivery. This assists us with careful handling and also fraud prevention. Please note, delivery can only be made to physical street addresses, this means no PO boxes.

We take care of all aspects of international freight and deliver your Kimber Doll domestically via a domestic courier. All packaging, consignment details and billing are completely discreet.

While we can't guarantee exact delivery dates, we can advise that transit time for orders shipped within Australia is just 2-3 business days (East Coast locations for in-stock items). We can guarantee that each order is accompanied with a specific tracking number which is emailed to customers at the time of dispatching. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery and if possible, contact the courier to request a specific delivery day/date. 

Yes, given the value of our products, a signature must be received by the courier for all deliveries. 

If the courier attempts delivery and you're not at home or able to sign for the delivery, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox with instructions to organise for 1 x free redelivery on a date that suits you best.

Kimber Doll (full-size) wears a size XS in most lingerie outfits and has a DD size bra. Slightly smaller bra sizes can often fit better and look better also.
