Our Chinese manufacturing partner produces the Kimber Doll to exacting specifications in a state of the art facility with closely monitored quality control procedures. From the factory, Kimber Dolls are shipped to one of three warehouses around the world in Heathrow (UK), California (US), Vancouver (Canada), and our head office and warehouse in Queensland (Australia).

All billing statements are discreetly displayed with our company name, Personal Technology Pty. Ltd.

We ship all orders with an experienced door-to-door courier to ensure your package is delivered safely and signed for on delivery. This assists us with careful handling and also fraud prevention. Please note, delivery can only be made to physical street addresses, this means no PO boxes.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouses domestically, not internationally. We differ from most other manufacturers or suppliers in that our products are never shipped from overseas directly to our customers. This means that as a customer, you will never have to deal with import duties, taxes or complicated customs clearance and delays. 

All ‘in-stock’ products will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from when your order is placed. Please allow for some delays if ordering over public holiday periods.

Please note that during busy periods our products may be marked as out of stock in which case they are advertised as a pre-order and all purchases are back ordered.

Shipping with our express couriers is calculated on the checkout page based on your location and full address. 

In Australia, we deliver with a variety of couriers including: Courier's Please, Toll, TNT and Allied Express. Your courier will be confirmed once your order is shipped. 

Purchase comfortably knowing that our fulfilment model removes any possible duties, fees or importing issues. We take care of all aspects of international freight and deliver your Kimber Doll domestically via a domestic courier. All packaging, consignment details and billing are completely discreet. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an automatic email with the tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. We dispatched all orders within 2 business days. If this email does not appear in this time frame, please check any spam/junk folder. 

Unfortunately no, as all orders must be delivered by the registered courier to prove safe ‘Proof of Delivery’. PayPal payments must be delivered at the provided address.

Unfortunately, due to the size of our packages and the weight of Kimber Doll, postal services cannot handle our freight. All deliveries are made with registered couriers which offer a tracked service for all of our customers.
