Yes, you read correctly, Kimber Doll is now made from a brand-new material that we have been working on quietly for some time. This new material is now more durable, more economical to produce and still feels amazingly realistic! Our latest compound is comprised from a mixture of materials, primarily thermoplastic rubber that has proven to be a well-optimized combination.
Our latest creation has been independently lab tested and also trialled in-house over a period of several months. We’re proud to bring our newest version of Kimber Doll (Mach 5) to the world and we look forward to sharing more information with you in this blog post.
Firstly, we feel the need to ‘debunk’ a clouded and somewhat presumptuous opinion on the common term “TPE” within the love doll industry. Our product design team is made up of a vast experience in industrial design and chemical engineering. Rest assured we have done our homework and ‘earned our stripes.’
TPE is not a specific or standard material in any case. Technically speaking, TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is a generalised category of thermoplastics. Our unique blend has been developed over time and is our most closely guarded secret. The material blend is crucial to both the experience and longevity of the doll. There are more expensive materials available, and there are also a lot of cheaper, generic blends on the market.
Kimber Doll is now comprised of a proprietary blend that combines the use of a number of materials mostly comprised of Thermoplastic Rubber.
Thermoplastic Rubber:
Thermoplastics add a great deal of benefits for Kimber Doll which is why this kind of rubber is our primary material. Thermoplastics are a well-regarded compound within our industry for several reasons such as the following attributes.

Compatibility:
Our newest materials have been carefully tested and we’ve made absolutely sure that there are no risks of incompatibility issues. No shortcuts have been taken on any front.
An example of a cheap method of lowering the cost of a doll is when manufacturers who offer removable vaginas as a part of their dolls, use two different materials, only for the two foreign compounds to react poorly and delaminate or degrade over time.
Skin safe:
Tested to the highest levels of hypoallergenic requirements and sterilizing capabilities, our Kimber Doll passes all tests with ‘flying colours.’ This is assessed by a third-party lab within our manufacturing process.
How it feels:
Kimber Doll’s primary flesh can be warmed, bathed, stretched, pushed and prodded to conform to our customers every need. Kimber’s material does this without splitting, deforming, tarnishing or degrading before her time.
